These terms govern use of the CoreVar website. Product purchases and use are governed by the agreement presented with the applicable product or marketplace transaction. For Microsoft Marketplace purchases, the Microsoft Standard Contract applies when identified in the offer, together with the offer details and any permitted amendments.
You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or misuse CoreVar or third-party intellectual property.
Website materials are provided for general information and may change. Product capabilities, service levels, support, pricing, warranties, and remedies are controlled by the applicable product agreement and marketplace listing.
CoreVar and CoreMQ names, software, documentation, designs, and related materials are owned by CoreVar or its licensors and protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in an applicable license or agreement.
Links and integrations may lead to services controlled by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply to those services.
To the extent permitted by law, this website is provided “as is” without warranties. CoreVar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use. These limitations do not override rights that cannot legally be excluded or the terms of a separate signed agreement.
