CoreVar, LLC ("CoreVar," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit corevar.com, contact us, request support, or obtain and use CoreVar products through a cloud marketplace.
We may collect contact and account information you provide; transaction and subscription information supplied by a cloud marketplace; website and operational data such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, diagnostic logs, and security events; and technical information you choose to provide in a support request. Payment-card details are processed by the marketplace and are not provided to CoreVar.
CoreMQ's customer-operated container runs in infrastructure controlled by the customer. CoreVar does not receive MQTT message payloads, broker users, topics, certificates, connection strings, or other broker data merely because the product was acquired through a marketplace. CoreVar receives such information only if the customer deliberately supplies it for support or enables a separately disclosed service that transmits it.
Cloud providers independently process information under their own privacy notices. Customers are responsible for configuring CoreMQ and their infrastructure consistently with their privacy, security, and legal obligations.
We use information to provide and support products; administer marketplace subscriptions; communicate service, security, and product notices; diagnose problems; prevent fraud and abuse; improve our websites and products; comply with law; and establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it to service providers acting for us, marketplaces and infrastructure providers involved in a transaction, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in a corporate transaction.
Our website may use essential cookies and third-party resources needed to deliver fonts, scripts, hosting, security, or analytics. Those providers may receive technical information such as an IP address and browser headers. Browser controls can restrict cookies, although doing so may affect site functionality.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for support, contractual, tax, accounting, security, and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about our processing, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. These rights may be limited by law. Email privacy@corevar.com or info@corevar.com to submit a request. We may need to verify your identity.
CoreVar is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where CoreVar, its marketplaces, or its service providers operate.
Our business products and websites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
